I myself have mild to moderate cystic acne, and monthly hormonal acne… Both which have pretty much disappeared. I would say completely but, I'm human and can't control hormones.

After using the cleaning process above. Apply paste to affected areas. I apply before bed, waiting for everything to dry. Then I go to sleep with the spot treatment on.
After waking, you'll want to remove with a warm moist cloth. As peeling will tear the skin.
